Product Lifecycle
The lifecycle of instant tickets starts from graphics design and matrix development. After the production of physical instant tickets, the GENiSYS / ODYSSEY starts taking over management efforts, from gaming data loading, which is the best practice in the industry. The solution allows to add games to the platform, manage production batches by loading gaming data, and withdraw products from the market.
-
Redemption
As part of the solution, our lottery terminal communicates with the GENiSYS / ODYSSEY to validate the physical instant ticket. We also provide standard API for ticket validation on 3rd applications (e.g., mobile payment) to implement various business scenarios.
-
Warehouse & Inventory
Warehouse, as a distribution center of physical instant ticket, is logically managed by the system to implement service coverage. For example, a retailer can only order tickets from a particular warehouse nearby.
-
Reconciliation
As a common module in the GENiSYS, it allows operators to balance the deposit and line of credit of instant products and draw-based games together.
-
Order & Tracking
By interfacing with our lottery terminal and 3rd party applications, the solution allows retailers to order tickets through lottery terminal, phone calls, mobile APP, etc. Besides, the system tracks status of orders and deliveries through 3rd party applications (e.g. courier system).
-
Delivery Service
The system provides functions to manage availability of delivery service. Through those functions, operator can select a particular courier to delivery ticket parcels.
-
Inventory
It enables inventory checking in a particular warehouse and product transferring among warehouses. The solution developed with business intelligence alarms high/low inventory based on sales performance.
-
Pick & Delivery
The solution allows an efficient picking and packing process for ticket orders. Ticket bundles are easily bound to orders through handheld scanner. By interfacing with 3rd system, GENiSYS / ODYSSEY combines ticket order and service order (of courier system) that allows waybill printed within the system, and being utilized, tracked by both systems.
