The 2022 APLA Regional Conference took place in Singapore from 5-8 September with the theme of ‘Innovation in a Post-COVID World’
It has been two years since the last face-to-face conference held by APLA. Genlot has always cherished this opportunity to keep up with the industry trend and find the opportunity to see what is new out there especially in a post-COVID world.
Through keynote presentations and in conversation sessions, we explored the shifts in our industry and external environment that are rapid and far-reaching.
On the technology front, we open our minds to experts outside our industry to better understand the application of technologies such as blockchain and AI.
Furthermore, we acknowledged that innovation is a mindset. We need to have enquiring minds and think about how to do things better. As an industry, we need to innovate to be sustainable.
We work in an amazing industry that makes a positive difference across the world, and with the connections and conversations that took place at the 2022 APLA Regional Conference, we are confident that we will continue to thrive.
