In July, Genlot organized a corporate culture development training, embracing the challenges of the hot summer and ongoing pandemic. This one-day outdoor event brought together 42 employees from the R&D team, including members from system development and quality management.
The day was filled with exciting activities that gradually built momentum, starting with icebreakers and progressing through team evolution exercises, grid traversal challenges, and culminating in the climb of the graduation wall.
Initially, participants were a bit cautious, but an icebreaker game helped dissolve any barriers, allowing everyone to find their passion and camaraderie in laughter. The first project focused on team evolution, requiring strategic thinking. After a 60-second challenge, participants reflected on existing processes and the importance of clearly defined roles, leading to improved team efficiency.
As the day continued with brainstorming sessions and grid traversal, excitement grew, enhancing team cohesion and a sense of pride.
The final challenge was the climb of the graduation wall. By this point, the 42 employees had become one unified team. Facing a wall over three meters high, with no protective measures and no verbal communication allowed, the team persevered. Despite encountering setbacks and needing to start over after four fouls, they remained determined. Even when faced with exhaustion, Genlot’s spirit of hard work and resilience shone through as they aimed for the top!
